Using free resources
You may download, print, and annotate the free templates for your personal use or your own classroom. You may make copies for students in that classroom. You may not sell the files, bundle them into another product, remove branding for redistribution, or upload the collection to another download site. Share links to the resource pages instead.
Generated documents
You retain rights to the content you enter. You may use your generated PDF for personal, classroom, or internal business planning. You remain responsible for what you enter and how you use the document. This does not grant rights to redistribute the underlying site software, fonts, or third-party libraries beyond their licenses.
Practical limitations
These tools are general organizers. They do not provide individualized financial, legal, medical, veterinary, food-safety, travel, or professional maintenance advice. Check important figures, deadlines, instructions, and current requirements independently. Budget totals reflect your entries, not your actual bank balance.
Optional paid products
Paid products are purchased through Gumroad when configured. The product page, license, checkout terms, and applicable consumer rights govern each purchase. No premium purchase is required for free downloads or generators. Contact and refund terms must be confirmed by the owner before selling a new bundle.
Availability and responsibility
Save a copy of any PDF you need; the site does not store generated documents. We aim to provide useful, accurate resources but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. The operator’s identity and applicable legal provisions need owner review before public launch.
Third-party software
The PDF generator uses pdf-lib and fontkit. Embedded fonts use the Bitstream Vera license. Third-party software remains under its own license; see the project’s third-party notices.
